Making a shower or tap purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any

items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click

on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the

order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place

your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own

currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.

Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card

information via phone, fax, regular mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It

does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order,

and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to

protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently

under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In

the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is

acceptable.

No hidden surprises The price you see is the price you pay for your kitchen sink or tap, vat is

included and delivery is only £10 with small surcharges for totally remote or off the mainland

deliveries. We continually monitor our competition to maintain that we bring you the best

internet prices without compromise to quality or service and promise to do our very best to beat

any comparable confirmable quote. This offer does not extend this to bankrupt stock, sellouts or

specials etc.

Delivery Schedule Where possible your delivery day will be confirmed, though this cannot always be predicted.

Traffic and prior deliveries prevent us from stating am or pm. Unfortunately drivers cannot be

contacted as they are advised not to carry mobile phones.

Deliveries are Mon to Fri 8am - 6pm Saturdays may be possible by special arrangement and cost.

Please check all goods on arrival. Damage to the packaging usually means damage to your order.

This must be stated on the drivers delivery note.

In the event of a late delivery we do not advise arranging plumbers & joiners etc until you have

the goods on site.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you and keep you informed of your delivery date.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. Unless otherwise stated the price you see is the price you pay + carriage

Returns Policy Goods, if unopened, still in factory packaging and resalable can be returned within 7 days if

transportation and pay all costs involved in transporting of unwanted goods back to the point of

uplift. Goods once confirmed as resalable will be credited to the account from which it was

paid. A restocking fee of 30% of the purchase price will be charged on all goods returned which

prove to be non-defective.
